"Queued" means we've already sent your generation to the model's provider and it's about to start. "Waiting" means that provider is at its maximum number of jobs at once: we hold your generation and it starts as soon as there's room.

The order depends on your plan, because higher plans have more priority, and on how long you've been waiting, which also counts: every 15 minutes of waiting is worth one plan level. That way nobody gets stuck.

It depends on your plan: 1 image at a time on Starter, 2 images and 1 video on Pro, 4 images and 2 videos on Premium, and 10 images and 10 videos on Business. Starter doesn't allow video generation.

If you start more than your plan allows, you'll see a limit-reached notice: wait for one to finish or upgrade your plan.

You get the designs that came out and pay only for those. In that case their background isn't removed even if you asked for it: if you need it, run them through Remove backgrounds. If none come out, we refund your credits minus a small fee.

Fast Background Remover for photos and most designs, one at a time or in batches of up to 8 (1 credit per image). Balanced for the finest edges: flyaway hair, fur, glass (1 credit). Smart when the quick cut-out drops lettering, captions or frames: it checks its own result and redoes it (2 credits). Premium for glows, smoke and other see-through effects that must stay see-through (95 credits). More in Remove backgrounds.

The quick remover keeps the main subject, so lettering or elements that float apart from it can go with the background. Run the image through Smart Background Remover: it lays the cut-out over your background colour, sees what went missing and redoes it with Balanced. If the text has a glow or sits on a see-through effect, use Premium. More in Remove backgrounds.

Because print-on-demand editors size a design by its pixels, not by the DPI written in the file. A 1024 px image has enough pixels for about 17 cm at 150 DPI, or 8.7 cm at 300 DPI. Run it through DPI Fixer with your product's preset: it gives the design the pixels the print area needs. If the original is small or blurry, use DPI Fixer Ultimate, which adds a 4× AI upscale first. Yes: 200 a day, counting your messages, each build and the message the assistant opens every new workflow with. The counter resets at midnight UTC.

Credits are WowMachine's currency: one dollar of price equals 100 credits. Each run costs credits depending on the model and the options you choose, and the "Run" button shows the exact cost before you start.

The Starter plan gives you 100 credits when you sign up, 1 image generation at a time, up to 3 templates and 1 collection. It doesn't include video or workflows (they start on the Pro plan) and you can't buy top-ups on it.

Plan credits arrive with your subscription every 30 days and reset at each renewal: whatever you don't spend doesn't carry over. Top-ups are bought separately from Account (10, 25, 50 or 100 USD), never expire and are added to your balance. Plan credits are always spent first. You need an active paid plan to buy top-ups.

Yes, minus a small failure fee. If a workflow stops halfway, you only pay for the steps that finished.

From Account, with "Change plan", or from the credit counter in the header, with "Manage plan". Both open the billing portal, where you can change or cancel your subscription. To move from Starter to a paid plan, pick the plan on Pricing.

It depends on your plan: 3 templates and 1 collection on Starter, 15 and 5 on Pro, 50 and 20 on Premium and 500 and 200 on Business. If you delete a collection, you free up its slot.

From Account, in the "Danger Zone" at the bottom. Under "Export my data" you download everything we hold about you as a JSON file; you can request it once an hour. "Delete account permanently" is final and asks for your password.

It's the visibility of your templates, collections and workflows. "Public": listed in the catalogue and anyone can use it. "Unlisted": anyone with the link can use it, without it appearing in listings or search engines. "Private": only you. You change it in "My templates", "My collections" or "My workflows".
