Frequently asked questions
Template or collection: which do I need?
A template if you want to repeat a specific design with another photo or text. A collection if you want new ideas in a style you already have in 3 to 30 designs. More detail in Template or collection.
What happens if only some of the designs I asked a collection for come out?
You get the designs that came out and pay only for those. In that case their background isn't removed even if you asked for it: if you need it, run them through Remove backgrounds. If none come out, we refund your credits minus a small fee.
