POD Pre-Print Preparation
Turn a design into a print-ready file in one run: pick the product, and the background is cut out (optional), the empty margins are trimmed and the art is fitted to the exact pixels that print area needs at 300 DPI, with the DPI written into the PNG. The sizing step picks itself — a small or soft design is rebuilt with a 4x AI upscaler first, a large one is resampled directly — so you never have to know which tool your file needed.
Input
The design to prepare for print. PNG, JPG or WebP; transparency is kept.
The product it will be printed on, which sets the print size.
Target resolution in dots per inch. 300 is the print standard.
Cut the design out before it is sized, so the print area applies to the art and not to the canvas around it. fast is the quickest; balanced keeps lettering and detached elements better; 1-step premium measures the transparency of every pixel instead of guessing it.
